The PGC311 service portal allows citizens to have a quick, easy-to-remember, single point of access for non-emergency government information, provides answers to questions related to non-emergency issues. This system also supports all county emergency response efforts including severe weather, public health and public safety events, and makes it easier to reach county departments/services and greatly expands information available online.

The 
PGC311 Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. If you are calling outside of Prince George’s County, dial (301) 883-4748 from 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday.

Housing and Homeless Services: Provides County residents facing eviction or homelessness with assistance, information and referrals.
Emergency Shelter Services: Provides County residents with shelter options. Please call the Central Point of Intake, the homeless hot line at 888-731-0999.
Energy Programs: Provides County residents with a grant to assist with their utility bills and information on how to decrease energy costs. Visit Energy Saving Tips to get information on conserving energy costs.
Food Programs: Provides County residents with numbers to the closest food pantry or other food programs.
