If you have prediabetes or other risk factors for type 2 diabetes, it’s time to take charge of your health, especially as we face the challenges of living through a pandemic.
The Health Department is taking registrations NOW for its free, year-long, and ONLINE, diabetes prevention program starting Tuesday, January 12, 2021! (Late registration closes tomorrow, January 22, 2021.)
The PreventT2 lifestyle change program can help you make lasting changes to prevent type 2 diabetes. The class uses curriculum that is recognized by the CDC as being proven to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. The class is led by trained lifestyle and nutrition coaches.
