COUNTY COUNCIL AND COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE CONVENE VIRTUALLY TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19TH FOR THE REVIEW OF LEGISLATION AND PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Prince George’s County Council and the Committee of the Whole (COW) will convene virtually on Tuesday, October 19th.
Council Session, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., will include the Introduction and Presentation of proposed measures, including CB-115-2021, legislation concerning the 2021 Prince George’s County Council Redistricting Plan. Public Hearings will also be held for CB-046-2021, legislation concerning the Stormwater Management and Residential Resilience Retrofit Program, and CB-049-2021, a Zoning Ordinance Bill, which are eligible for enactment. The Council will also address legislation eligible for adoption.
The COW, scheduled to begin at 10:20 a.m. will include the review of CR-122-2021, legislation addressing the County’s fourteenth Continued Declaration of Emergency – Coronavirus; and CB-105-2021, legislation concerning Food Truck Hubs.
