NON-PROFITS SEEKING FY2024 COUNTY COUNCIL NON-DEPARTMENTAL GRANTS MUST SUBMIT REQUIRED FORMAL CONSIDERATION REQUEST LETTER
Submittal Deadline – Friday, May 26, 2023
Non-Profit organizations interested in seeking County Council consideration of being tentatively designated to receive FY2024 County Council Non-Departmental grant funds must complete the fillable form located here: FY24 Grant Consideration Request Form. The submittal deadline is Friday, May 26, 2023.
The form must be completed in its entirety and an original signed formal consideration request letter (in pdf format) must also be uploaded. The formal consideration request letter should be no more than 2 pages in length and must contain a date, the organization's address, the preferred contact person's name, email address, and telephone number.
Within the narrative of the letter, applicants must, in the first paragraph, identify the amount of FY2024 Non-Departmental grant funding being requested, provide a justification and explain the need for the funds, and summarize how the proposed funding will be used to address the identified needs.

A Grants Team Member will send an email acknowledging receipt of each non-profit organization’s formal consideration request letter. If, after three (3) working days from the date you completed the form, you have not received such acknowledgment, please contact the County Council Grants Team at PGCCouncilGrants@co.pg.md.us
