Prince George's County Council Member Ingrid Watson calls on the Council District 4 community to participate in the inaugural Pick It UP! Campaign, an inaugural anti-litter and beautification initiative designed to bring awareness to the harmful impacts of littering.  Through a targeted campaign, the Pick It UP! Campaign strives to not only promote community activism but instill civic pride through community clean-up drives and prevention educational efforts.
