COUNCIL ENCOURAGES COMMUNITY INPUT IN ZONING ORDINANCE REWRITE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS

Public Comment Invited for July 10th Work Session

 

The Prince George’s County Council is encouraging residents to have a voice in the future development of Prince George’s County, during a Zoning Ordinance Rewrite work session on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Hearing Room, 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Drive in Upper Marlboro, MD.

The County Council, in partnership with the Prince George’s County Planning Department, is conducting a comprehensive update of the County’s 50-year-old Zoning Ordinance to streamline zoning laws and create a user-friendly document supporting the County’s vision for smart growth, economic development and improved quality of life for residents.
