If you need assistance, please call Prince George’s CountyClick at 311 or 301-883-4748. CountyClick 3-1-1 is a one-stop call center that residents may call to get answers to questions and resolve non-emergency issues, such as scheduling bulky trash pickup, reporting property problems, and potholes. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm.
When you call and speak to one of the expert Community Relations Intake Representatives, you will share the concern you’d like addressed, and the Representative will provide you a Ticket Reference Number. Your matter of concern will be routed to the proper agency.
Once you receive that, feel free to contact Council Member Dernoga’s office for further assistance by providing this reference number, and we’ll ensure your matter is addressed. Putting the ticket reference number in the subject line of your e-mail makes it easier for our office to assist you.
