Join us for an important Senior Scam Prevention Workshop, hosted by Council Member Wanika Fisher in partnership with the Maryland Attorney General’s Office, and other impactful agencies. This workshop will provide seniors and their families with the tools they need to recognize, avoid, and report scams that target older adults.

Participants will learn about common scams affecting seniors in Prince George’s County, warning signs to look out for, steps to take if you suspect fraud and available resources and supports for victims. This is a free, educational event designed to protect our community’s seniors and empower them with knowledge.
