Prince George's County Council Member Sydney J. Harrison and Project Give Back, in partnership with the Alpha Alpha Sigma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., will host the District 9 Thanksgiving Food Box Giveaway on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

The District 9 Thanksgiving Food Box Giveaway is a contactless distribution event, where each vehicle will receive one box of Thanksgiving meal items. Boxes will be placed in the trunks of vehicles by event volunteers and staff.

*Meal boxes will be distributed on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.*
