Residents will attend a presentation about the Subregion 1 Minor Plan Amendment project, which focuses on future development and infrastructure in and around Konterra and North Beltsville. Additionally, attendee will highlights from what we heard from the community and stakeholders, review draft updated plan language and proposed zoning changes, and provide feedback to inform the updated plan and sectional map amendments. Your input will help shape the official plan update!
