[ARCHIVED] STATEMENT - CHAIR DAVIS ON THE PASSING OF FORMER CAO FOR PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, KENNETH GLOVER

The Prince George’s County Council offers sincere condolences to the family of former Chief Administrative Officer for Prince George’s County, Kenneth E. Glover, especially his wife Lauren and sons, Evan and Jonathan, during this time of loss.

Upon Ken’s appointment as the eighth Chief Administrative Officer, supervising the day-to-day operations of County Government, County Executive Wayne K. Curry said, “We were winners when we were younger; Prince George’s County and its citizens are going to be winners still…”

Marked by a deep concern for this community, no matter where we are in the County, we will always benefit from Ken Glover’s contributions. The members of this body are forever grateful for his competent, professional and committed legacy of service to improve lives in Prince George’s County and serve this government.

Ken Glover’s presence in this community will be greatly missed. His family remains in our heartfelt thoughts and prayers.
