Non-Profit organizations interested in seeking County Council consideration of being tentatively designated to receive FY2026 Non-Departmental grant funds must complete a Letter of Consideration within the new Grants Management System (GMS). GMS may be accessed via this link: https://pgccouncilgms.us/pages/public. All Organizations must register for a GMS login using the link above, prior to gaining access for Letter of Consideration submission.
VIEW AND DOWNLOAD THE FY2026 COUNTY COUNCIL NON-DEPARTMENTAL GRANT FLYER
The formal Letter of Consideration should be no more than 2 pages in length and must be written on the Organization’s letterhead. Within the letter's narrative, you must 1.) identify the amount of FY2026 Non-Departmental grant funding being requested within the first paragraph, 2.) provide a justification for the need for the funds, and 3.) summarize how the proposed funding will be used to address the identified needs.

Upon completion of the submission, GMS will send an email acknowledging receipt of the submission. Please maintain this email receipt for your records. If, after two (2) working days an email receipt has not been received, please contact the County Council Grants Team at PGCCouncilGrants@co.pg.md.us.
