COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE TO REVIEW M-NCPPC EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT; COUNTY COUNCIL TO ADDRESS PROPOSED CORRESPONDENCE AND LEGISLATION DURING HYBRID SESSIONS ON TUESDAY, MARCH 22nd
The Prince George’s County Council’s Committee of the Whole (COW) and the County Council will convene hybrid sessions – both virtually and in person - on Tuesday, March 22nd.
The COW will convene at 10:00 a.m. beginning with a briefing on the Reservation Plats of Rights of Way, followed by Maryland General Assembly and MACo updates. The COW will also address County Executive Angela Alsobrooks’ appointment of Peter Shapiro to the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) for Prince George’s County.
The County Council will convene at 11:30 a.m. for the presentation and introduction of measures; review of Proposed Correspondence; and legislation eligible for adoption.
