Council Chair and Vice Chair to Serve in Legislative Year 2023
The Prince George’s County Council will convene on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, to elect a new Council Chair and Vice Chair for Legislative Year 2023. The Council session is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. The Exchange of the Gavel ceremony will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Hearing Room – First Floor, Wayne K. Curry Administration Building, 1301 McCormick Dr., in Largo.

The County Council will recess following adjournment of the December 6th session and reconvene in January 2023.
The new Council leadership team and Council Members will hold a media briefing immediately following adjournment to discuss the new Council, its Legislative Year 2023 agenda and committee structure.
