COUNTY COUNCIL CONVENES TO CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARINGS RELATED TO THE REPEAL OF PRIOR ZONING MEASURES DURING SCHEDULED SESSION, TUESDAY, JANUARY 17^th 

The County Council will convene on Tuesday, January 17^th to present several measures, including proposed legislation repealing previous zoning provisions.   

County Council session will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17^th with Proposed Correspondence, followed by public hearings for CB-017-2023, CB-012-2023, CB-013-2023, CB-014-2023, CB-015-2023, CB-016-2023, and CB-018-2023, zoning bills eligible for a final vote and enactment.   The Council will also receive a Climate Action Plan and Stormwater Management Briefing from the Department of the Environment (DOE) and the Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPW&T).

The following Council committee meetings will be held the week of January 16^th:

Thursday, January 19^th 

10:00 a.m.  Planning Housing and Economic Development Committee (PHED)

1:30 p.m. Health, Human Services, and Public Safety Committee (HHSPS)
