PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY COUNCIL TO CONVENE TUESDAY, APRIL 18TH AT 1:30 P.M. ANNUAL ACTION PLAN (CDBG) PUBLIC HEARING 5:00 P.M.
M-NCPPC BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING - 6:00 P.M.
The Prince George’s County Council will convene on Tuesday, April 18th at 1:30 p.m. Among legislative measures scheduled for public hearings on Tuesday and/or eligible for final vote:
CB-023-2023, an Act concerning Prince George’s County Rental Assistance Program for the purpose of establishing the Prince George’s County Rental Assistance Program and Rental Assistance Fund; providing financial rental assistance to Prince George’s County residents based on AMI level and rent increases; awards shall be eligible for monthly disbursements up to (6) months over the course of a (24) month period; and assistance may be applied for every (2) years.
CB-029-2023, an Act concerning Collective Bargaining Agreement Fraternal Order of Police 112, Prince George’s County Sherriff’s Lodge Inc.
CB-034-2023, an Act concerning Collective Bargaining Agreement – International Association of Firefighters
CR-014-2023, A Resolution concerning the 2018 Water and Sewer Plan (December 2022 Cycle of Amendments)
CR-012-2023, a Resolution concerning Compensation and Benefits Fraternal Order of Police 112
CR-016-2023, a Resolution concerning Compensation and Benefits , International Association of Firefighters.
The Council will conduct a Budget Public Hearing for the Annual Action Plan (CDBG) on April 18th at 5:00 p.m., followed by a Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning (M-NCPPC) Budget Public Hearing immediately following at 6:00 p.m. at the Wayne K. Curry County Administration Building, Council Hearing Room, First Floor, 1301 McCormick Drive in Largo.
