CB-053-2016 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING M-X-T ZONE for the purpose of extending the time for abrogation of certain provisions of Section 27-547(b) of the Zoning Ordinance.
CB-056-2016 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING FOOD OR BEVERAGE STORES IN THE C-S-C ZONE for the purpose of amending the prescriptions of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the expansion or renovation of certain Food or Beverage Stores in the C-S-C Commercial Shopping Center) Zone subject to alternate development standards and permit requirements for the use, under certain specified circumstances.
CB-058-2016 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN ZONES for the purpose of providing certain alternate development regulations for townhouses in Comprehensive Design Zones, under certain circumstances.
