Officials to Provide Continuous Business Process Improvement Study Interim Report

The Prince George’s County Council and the Prince George’s County Board of Education will convene for a joint briefing on the Continuous Business Process Improvement Study Monday, November 14, 2016, 7:00 p.m. at Charles Herbert Flowers High School, 10001 Ardwick Ardmore Road in Springdale, Maryland.

The joint briefing will feature a presentation from Parthenon-EY Managing Director Chris Librizzi, addressing the preliminary findings and recommendations related to the Continuous Business Process Improvement Study of Prince George’s County Public Schools, and the operations of key areas in human resources, curriculum and instruction, supporting services, business and management services, and information technology.

The Continuous Business Process Improvement Study is a comprehensive assessment of County school operations, the first in 18 years, reflecting an important, historic partnership between the County Council, County Executive, CEO of Prince George’s County Public Schools, the Board of Education and all stakeholders to ensure appropriate operations in key areas of the county’s public school system.
