CR-065-2018 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS for the purpose of issuing, pursuant to and in accordance with the Maryland Economic Development Revenue Bond Act, economic development revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed Seventeen Million Dollars ($17,000,000).
CR-069-2018 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING REVITALIZATION TAX CREDIT – THE OXFORD PROJECT (FORMERLY THE CONSTELLATION CENTRE) for the purpose of approving The Oxford multifamily and commercial development, proposed by 6009 Oxon Hill Road, LLC, as a revitalization project qualifying for a revitalization or redevelopment tax credit, as provided in Section 10-235.02 of the Prince George's County Code.
CR-076-2018 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION OF FEDERAL, STATE AND OTHER FUNDS for the purpose of appropriating funding from grants in the amount of $738,854 to the Department of Family Services, the Police Department and the Department of Environment.
