On behalf of my colleagues on the Prince George’s County Council, I am pleased for the opportunity to welcome Maryland Governor Larry Hogan to Prince George’s County today.
Upon his visit to the Prince George’s Community College in Largo, I am especially excited that I am able to also welcome Governor Hogan to District 6, which I am privileged to represent.
While visiting Prince George’s County today, Governor Hogan plans to meet with local elected officials, tour local businesses, and speak with constituents. We wish to express our deepest appreciation for his support of education, from Pre-K through community college and vocational training and his critical partnership on the new, planned Prince George’s County Regional Medical Center.
With a focus on the future, the Council also looks forward to continuing our work with Governor Hogan to make Prince George’s County a greater economic engine for the state of Maryland.
