The Council’s Committee of the Whole (COW) will convene virtually on Thursday, February 25th .
The COW is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. with a briefing from Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Public Safety, Mark Magaw, and Interim Police Chief, Hector Velez, on the Analysis and Statistical Comparison of the County’s Crime Rates. Following the briefing, COW will consider several Council Bills.
