CB-034-2016 AN ACT CONCERNING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT - DEPUTY SHERIFF'S ASSOCIATION OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, INC. (CIVILIAN UNITS) for the purpose of approving the labor agreement by and between Prince George's County, Maryland and the Deputy Sheriff's Association of Prince George's County, Inc. (Civilian Units), to provide for wages and certain other terms and conditions of employment for personnel classifications certified by the Prince George's County Public Employee Relations Board.
CR-039-2016 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS, DEPUTY SHERIFF’S ASSOCIATION OF PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, INC. (CIVILIAN UNITS) SALARY SCHEDULE Z for the purpose of amending the Salary Plan of the County to reflect the terms of the labor agreement by and between Prince George’s County, Maryland and the Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Prince George’s County, Inc. (Civilian Units).
CB-037-2016 AN ACT CONCERNING SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATIONS AND INTERDEPARTMENTAL TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS for the purpose of declaring additional revenue and appropriating to the General Fund to provide for costs that were not anticipated in the Approved Fiscal Year 2016 Budget, transferring surplus appropriations between agencies, and providing an adjustment to revenue estimates to the Internal Service Fund.
CR-038-2016 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATIONS OF FEDERAL, STATE AND OTHER FUNDS for the purpose of appropriating funding from grants in the amount of $4,600,665 to Circuit Court, Department of Social Services, Department of Family Services, Office of the Sheriff, Health Department, Police Department, Fire/EMS Department, Office of Homeland Security, Department of the Environment, Department of Public Works and Transportation and the Department of Housing and Community Development.
CR-042-2016 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE ADDITION OF TWO CAPITAL PROJECTS AND SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATIONS for the purpose of adding two capital projects, Gateway Arts and Addison Road/Capitol Heights Metro, and providing supplementary appropriations and amending the Capital Improvement Program of the Redevelopment Authority of Prince George's County for Fiscal Years 2016-2021.
