COUNCIL CONVENES VIRTUALLY JUNE 22ND FOR SCHEDULED SESSION AND BRIEFINGS ON REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY, AND YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAMS IN PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY
M-NCPPC Department of Parks and Recreation and PGCPS to Provide Youth Sports Briefings; Connected DMV Provides Briefing on Regional Economic Development Strategy
The Prince George’s County Council will convene virtually on Tuesday, June 22nd.
Council session, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., will include the presentation and introduction of measures. The Council will also address Resolutions eligible for adoption, including CR-62-2021, legislation concerning the Capital Trails Coalition and the Capital Trails Network.
Prior to adjournment, the Council will receive briefings from the M-NCPPC Department of Parks and Recreation, Youth Sports Division, and Prince George’s County Public Schools/Youth Sports on youth sports programs in the County, followed by Connected DC on the Regional Economic Development Strategy.
