COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE AND DISTRICT COUNCIL TO CONVENE VIRTUALLY THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 23RD FOR SCHEDULED SESSION AND JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
The Committee of the Whole (COW) and the County Council, sitting as the District Council on land use matters, will convene virtually on Thursday, September 23rd.
The COW, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., will review Executive Appointments to the Redevelopment Authority Board for Prince George’s County. The COW will also address four Council Bills, including CB-56-2021, legislation concerning the Department of Permitting, Inspection and Enforcement subpoena power, and CB-058-2021, legislation concerning the Homestead Property Tax Credit.
The County Council, sitting as the District Council on land use matters, and the Prince George’s County Planning Board of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission will convene at 5:00 p.m. for a Joint Public Hearing on the Proposed Minor Amendment to the 2004 Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment for the Prince George’s County Gateway Arts District.
