The Prince George’s County Council, and the County Council sitting as the Board of Health, will convene virtually on Tuesday, October 26th.
Council Session, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., will include four Public Hearings and the review of Council Resolutions eligible for adoption. The Council will also receive a briefing at 10:45 a.m. from Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) Executive Director, Michael Sanderson.
The County Council sitting as the Board of Health will convene virtually at 1:30 p.m. for briefings on the Proposed Implementation of the Rand Study Recommendations; Robert Wood Johnson Foundation – 2021 County Health Rankings; and Social Detriments of Health and Health Equity. The University of Maryland Capital Region Health will also provide the Board of Health updates.
