CB-038-2016 AN ACT CONCERNING FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE for the purpose of amending the County’s Floodplain Ordinance to be consistent with the State of Maryland’s Model Floodplain Management Ordinance (May 2014), which meets the requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program (the “NFIP”).
