COUNTY COUNCIL TO CONDUCT VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ADDRESS LEGISLATION ELIGIBLE FOR FINAL ACTION DURING SCHEDULED SEPTEMBER 13^TH SESSION

The Prince George’s County Council will convene a virtual session on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. 

The Council will convene at 10:00 a.m. for the Introduction and Presentation of measures.  Public Hearings will also be held for CB-035-2022, legislation concerning short-term rental, single-family rental and multi-family rental license fees; CB-036-3033, legislation concerning Business License Renewal Late Fees; and CR-061-2022, legislation concerning Department of Permits, Inspections and Enforcement, among other measures.  The Council will also receive a briefing on the Bowie-Mitchellville and Vicinity Sectional Map Amendment.

1:30 p.m. Planning, Housing and Economic Development (PHED) committee 

Wednesday, September 14^th 

1:30 p.m. Transportation, Infrastructure, Energy and Environment (TIEE) committee

Thursday, September 15^th 

10:00 a.m. Planning Housing and Economic Development (PHED) committee

1:30 p.m. Health, Human Services and Public Safety (HHSPS) Committee
