The Prince George’s County Council, sitting as the District Council on land use matters, will convene on Monday, April 10th, at 10:00 a.m.
County Council session, convening on Tuesday, April 11th at 1:00 p.m., will include a public hearing for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission Proposed Fiscal Year 2023 – 2024 Operating and Capital Budgets, and the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission Capital Improvement Program for Water and Sewerage for FY 2024-2029.
Among legislative measures scheduled for public hearings on Tuesday and/or eligible for final vote:
CB-010-2023 and Act concerning Prince George’s County Open Data for the purpose of requiring the County to make certain public data sets available through a web portal prominently displayed on the internet.
CB-020-2023 – An Act concerning the issuance of Sale and General Obligation Bonds and General Obligation Stormwater Management Bonds
CB-022-2023 – An Act concerning Cable Television
CB-027-2023 – proposed legislation approving the labor agreement by and between Prince George's County, Maryland and the Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Prince George's County, Inc.
CB-028-2023 – proposed legislation amending the labor agreement by and between Prince George’s County, Maryland and the Fraternal Order of Police, Prince George’s County Lodge 89, Inc.
CR-010-2023 and CR-011-2023 – Resolutions concerning Compensation and Benefits
