COUNCIL TO CONVENE TUESDAY, JUNE 6^th AT 1:30 P.M.; COUNTY COUNCIL AND PLANNING BOARD TO HOLD JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ADDRESSING PROPOSED MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE 2014 SOUTHERN GREEN LINE STATION AREA SECTOR PLAN AND SMA AT 6:00 P.M.

The County Council will convene for its regularly scheduled session on Tuesday, June 6^th, 1:30 p.m. at the Wayne K. Curry Administration Building, Council Hearing Room, 1301 McCormick Drive in Largo. Public hearings will be held for CR-035-2023 and CR-037-2023, Resolutions concerning the Housing Investment Trust Fund (HITF) for Housing and Community Development. The Council will also conduct a briefing on Council Member Boards and Commissions Reports.

The Prince George’s County Council sitting as the District Council and the Prince George’s County Planning Board of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) will convene at 6:00 p.m. for a Joint Public Hearing addressing a proposed minor amendment to the 2014 Southern Green Line Station Area Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment.
