Prince George’s County Council Members Ingrid Watson (District 4) and Eric Olson (District 3), in partnership with Seabrook SDA Church, will host a Seabrook Community Resource Fair on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Seabrook SDA Activity Center, 8888 Good Luck Road in Lanham.
The Resource Fair will feature a range of County agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses serving Prince George’s County residents. Vendors addressing health and wellness, housing support, utility assistance, financial services, legal assistance, job training, and employment will be on hand to provide personalized assistance.
“This collaboration with Council Member Olson ensures more residents have convenient access to needed resources right where they live,” said Council Member Watson. “Recognizing challenges people can face obtaining government resources during traditional daytime hours, we are committed to bridging the gap by bringing essential services to communities during evening hours.”
“We want to empower communities through access to resources,” said Council Member Olson. “I encourage residents to attend for the support needed to enhance lives and strengthen our community.”
The Seabrook Community Resource Fair is free and open to the public. For more information, please email CouncilDistrict4@co.pg.md.us or call 301.952.3094. For a complete list of Seabrook Community Resource Fair participants, please click HERE.
