CR-074-2016 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING FISCAL YEAR 2016 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT for the purpose of amending the Prince George’s County Fiscal Year (“FY”) 2016 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development by adding The
Belnor project, an eligible activity not originally funded or described in the FY 2016 Annual Action Plan, and reprogramming and reallocating seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) in HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program funds from the FY 2015 and FY 2016 Annual Action Plans to support The Belnor project.
CR-085-2016 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING ROADS AND SIDEWALKS – DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS for the purpose of incorporating urban street design standards and specifications as consistent with Plan Prince George's 2035 for Regional Transit Districts and Local Centers in Prince George's County, striving to balance the needs of all users that are business-friendly, walkable, bike-able and transit friendly; generally regarding design and construction standards and urban street designs.
