Council to Focus on 2017 Legislative Priorities, Economic Development and Teambuilding
The Prince George’s County Council will hold its 2017 Annual Retreat on Wednesday, January 4th through Friday, January 6th, at the Lowes Annapolis Hotel, 126 West Street, in Annapolis, Maryland. Sessions are scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. each day.
During the three-day retreat, Council Members and staff will discuss a variety of legislative and public policy issues including, but not limited to, the Maryland General Assembly, Blue Ribbon Commission; Zoning Ordinance Rewrite; Transit-oriented development; economic development tools and incentives; state legislative and budget issues; and Legislative Priorities and Teambuilding for the 2017 Legislative Year.
