The Prince George’s County Council Committee on Transportation, Housing and Environment (THE) will convene on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, 1:30 p.m. in the County Administration Building, 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Drive, Council Committee Room 2027, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

DISCUSSION

 

CB-031-2017 AN ACT CONCERNING PARKING ENFORCEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING for the transfer of the authority, responsibilities, personnel, and budget and any additional matters regarding parking regulations from the Department of the Environment to the Revenue Authority, providing for a Memorandum of Understanding; providing for the expanded authority of the Revenue Authority over abandoned vehicles, providing for the expanded authority of the Revenue Authority over parking regulations; and generally relating to vehicles and parking.

LEGISLATION

CR-003-2017 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING FY 2017-2026 COMPREHENSIVE TEN YEAR SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN for the purpose of adopting the Prince George’s County FY 2017-2026 Ten Year Solid Waste Management Plan as recommended by the County Executive.
