[ARCHIVED] COUNCIL CHAIR DAVIS ISSUES STATEMENT UPON THE PASSING OF FORMER COUNTY EXECUTIVE LARRY HOGAN, Sr.

The Prince George’s County Council stands with Maryland Governor Larry Hogan and members of the Hogan family, the entire state of Maryland and those across our nation, as we mourn the passing of the Honorable Lawrence Joseph Hogan, Sr., former Prince George’s County Executive, and former U.S. Representative for the 5th Congressional District.

A committed and dedicated public servant, Larry Hogan, Sr. boldly led Prince George’s County through a time of profound change. His legacy of service is an important reminder to us all to keep working hard for the County we all love.

We offer our prayers of comfort to Governor Hogan upon the loss of his father, and to his family during this challenging time of great loss.
