CB-021-2017 AN ACT CONCERNING IMMOBILIZED VEHICLES AND IMPOUNDMENT for the purpose of providing legislative intent for this legislation; providing for immobilizing vehicles; providing for the impoundment of an immobilized vehicle under certain circumstances; and generally related to
immobilizing vehicles and impoundment.
CB-073-2017 AN ACT CONCERNING MOUNT VERNON HISTORIC VIEWSHED for the purpose of requiring certain disclosure of any recorded easements from the National Park Service for properties located in the Mount Vernon Historic View shed in contracts for sale of such properties.
CB-117-2017 AN ACT CONCERNING UTILITIES - CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE ROADWAY for the purpose of requiring valid road construction permits; providing requirements for road construction permits; regarding the submittal and approval of plans; providing the regulation of utility permits; providing for inspection and notice; providing for general construction requirements for roads; and generally
relating to highway and street construction.
CB-124-2017 AN ACT CONCERNING THE INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE FOR ONE- AND TWO- FAMILY DWELLINGS for the purpose of making a local amendment to the International Residential Building Code for One and Two- Family Dwellings in the Prince George’s County Building Code to provide certain maximum requirements applicable to certain interior residential bathroom facilities, in furtherance of the public safety, health, and welfare of the citizens and residents of Prince George’s County.
